Mom and her kids in-studio session | St. Louis child photographer

I have just loved photographing newborns, babies, children and families.. oh… and dogs, in the new studio! We moved into our new 1700 sq ft studio in Chesterfield just a few months ago. It’s everything I could have ever imagined. We have so much room, and light, and…. well…. ROOM, to shoot! I have always loved white, and now I have LOTS of it! So bright, so clean.  So many ways we can shoot. I love photographing families in all neural (as seen below) or in fun color pop. You literally can do anything you want in this new space. I shoot in there all week. Full sessions as well as mini sessions.  The mommy sessions have become SO popular, as we tend to be the ones behind the camera!   Stay tuned for the studio feature. It will probably be in January as I have lots of little things to add in there for finishing touches, but you can see some updated on my Instagram as well as Facebook pages!

This session below was SO fun for me. I am so lucky to be asked to photograph tons of photographers and their families. It means the world they reach out. This one was so special for me. Meredith, from Heaven Sent Photography is just like most photographer mamas. Always behind the camera, and never in front of it. My heart is full getting to give her a little gift of some memories with her littles. Just a bunch of fun photos of mom and her kids.  How is this my job. Getting to photograph so much joy. 🙂  Love her family to pieces! Next time we will have to get dad some white linen pants and do a full family. But Im SO glad she did this for herself!

As much as I love photographing newborns — and I really do — it’s the connection that gets me. As a St. Louis newborn photographer, my focus is always on capturing real connection in a clean, natural studio setting. With parents. With siblings. With the whole family adjusting to someone new. When most people think about a […]

St. Louis Newborn Photographer | Natural, Connection-Focused Studio Sessions

Senior year always feels far away… until it suddenly isn’t. Being a St. Louis senior photographer is one of my favorite! If you’re starting to think about senior photos for the Class of 2026 or Class of 2027, spring and summer are some of the easiest seasons to book. I photograph seniors throughout the St. […]

Senior Photos in St. Louis | Class of 2026 & 2027 Spring + Summer Sessions

GAH. How is Eva old enough to graduate. She will be graduating this Spring of 2026 from Saint Joseph’s Academy (Saint Joe). This hurts my brain. I have known and photographed her since she was little as I’ve known her mom a long time! I love this season I am in with who I’m photographing. […]

family in color and black at white at sunset

I discovered a hidden spot during my son’s soccer practice that would ONLY work for about 15-20 minutes AT sunset, and ONLY if there was sun. I mean…. I GUESS we could do NO sun too…. but the sunset was epic here. Actually, this was late in the season and we had to move spots, […]
