Some newborns are meant for wrapping!

As a newborn photographer, we have all had darling babies that just preferred to NOT be naked.  Despite all elements being inline, some times, they just need or want a bit of an extra snuggle.  Since I have been doing this for so long, I WELCOME these moments! These are the shoots where we tend to get some eye open shots, some connection and newborn interaction.  That’s exactly what we got with this darling family.   I am a sucker for a baby all swaddled up, looking like a little potato 🙂

PLUS….

His older brother is SO IN LOVE with him! What a delight it was to be a part of this moment with them.  To see highlights from their session, head on over to their page on my portfolio 🙂

That first portrait with the mom and baby is stunning! I love wrapped babies, its settles them down, and I think a lot of time that how moms remember their little bundles-all wrapped up 🙂

When most people think about a […]

If you’re starting to think about senior photos for the Class of 2026 or Class of 2027, spring and summer are some of the easiest seasons to book. I photograph seniors throughout the St. […]

Senior Photos in St. Louis | Class of 2026 & 2027 Spring + Summer Sessions

GAH. How is Eva old enough to graduate. She will be graduating this Spring of 2026 from Saint Joseph’s Academy (Saint Joe). This hurts my brain. I have known and photographed her since she was little as I’ve known her mom a long time! I love this season I am in with who I’m photographing. […]

family in color and black at white at sunset

I discovered a hidden spot during my son’s soccer practice that would ONLY work for about 15-20 minutes AT sunset, and ONLY if there was sun. I mean…. I GUESS we could do NO sun too…. but the sunset was epic here. Actually, this was late in the season and we had to move spots, […]
